Shipping Method & Policy:

Our designated shipping methods include Hong Kong Air Mail. If you prefer other shipping channels, please contact us before purchasing online.
At present, We can ship to Canada UK and USA (except for Puerto Rico and Guam). Also we can ship to other countries but need payment by Western Union Payment.
Sorry, local pick up is not available.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.if you want to change address, please email us in time. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.
Items are generally shipped out the next 2 business days after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded.).

Delivery Time
Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the next 2 business days you place your order. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next Monday. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address within 9 to 15 business days after being shipped out. (Note: business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays are excluded). If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Order tracking

It is very easy for you to check the status of your order and locate the package during transit via Hong Kong Air Mail, as an email with a tracking number will be sent to your email address after your order has been shipped out. You may track your package in the upper form your local postal service website.Tracking number photo will be emailed to buyer once your ordered item is shipped out.

Shipping rates (For the continental USA)
Our postage rates include the expenses of shipping, handling fees and high-quality packaging, which are charged based on weight and size of the goods, delivery destination and its retail value.  This shipping cost included import tax only,local taxes are not included.

 

 Return & Policy:

Non-defective product(s)

1.Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately. We can cancel your order as long as you request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 25% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
2.Should you open the package, but do not want to accept the received product(s). Having a RMA number from us is necessary and a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
3.We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.

Defective product(s)
1.All our products have a one-year warranty. Defective products may be replaced if returned a year since the date of purchase. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your problem. Do not return goods directly to us without getting a RMA number. It is difficult for us to find out your transaction record and this may result in delaying exchange or refund process.
2.Defective products must be returned within 15 days from the date you placed your order. We will refund you the full product price (no shipping and packing fee). Return policy is exchange only, in all cases, buyers pay for shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund, sellers pay for the resending fee
3.If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void. Refund is not allowed if you purchased the wrong item, replacement is the only option .
4.The original shipping, handling charges and return postage will not be refunded.
5.It is not acceptable to bring the defective item for exchange in person.

RMA Procedure
1.After receiving the products from us, please keep the package and enclosed documents properly. It is because they are all necessary to provide if you return defective product(s) in the future.
2.Call or email our customer service department for a RMA number. It would be appreciated if you can provide your name, email address, phone and invoice. We will issue a RMA number to you by email.
3.Repack the original package with everything received, including enclosed documents. Missing of any original components may incur a refusal of exchange or refund from us.
4.Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of package and send it back to us. We will not be responsible for any consequence caused if customers do not mark the RMA as requested. Please note that you should be responsible for the loss of shipment. You can insure the package to reduce potential loss that you may suffer.

We do not allow returns without first requesting an RMA (Returned merchandise authorization).
